My Weight Loss Progress- Charts

Here are my weight loss charts and graphs. I update about every 2-4 weeks. I use doctors scale at their offices. I also gauge by how well my Size 22 Land’s End jeans fit :-) . I used to wear them all the time about 7 years ago until they became uncomfortable. When I started this diet I couldn’t zip them up.
