		<description>Thanks for the article.  I have used a magic bullet for the last few years, and absolutely love the thing!  They are just great.  Another good thing to add to your shake is some ground up oats for complex carbohydrates.  Here is my favorite recipe:

1/4 cup of frozen berrie
1/2 banana
1/4 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of oats
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp flax oil
1 scoop vanilla whey

Then I fill it up with a combination of soy milk and apple juice.
